At Wanny Store by Linc Marvel, we strive to provide high-quality third party products and custom-made products and a satisfactory experience. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items with custom images, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Return Process
If your product meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@wanny.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged.
- Upon review, we will confirm if your return request is approved and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 30 days.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs if applicable.
- Please allow 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Due to our commitment to a quick turnaround, cancellations requested beyond this window may not be honored if production has already started, or the order has already been shipped.
5. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it with the correct or functional product.
6. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
